Men and women have different health needs that can affect their medical and mental health. Women may experience hormonal changes that make them more likely to face mental health issues like depression, anxiety, & other various mood & personality disorders. These conditions many times look different in women - especially in women of color, which may result in misdiagnoses or delays in getting the right treatment. Working with someone who specializes in women's psychiatry & understands these differences ensures that you will receive better support.

As a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who specializes in women's mental health, I offer a holistic path through integrative psychiatry - which includes medication management, lifestyle management, & mindfulness (individual therapy). All centering your lived experiences as a woman. The goal of your treatment plan isn't to rush & label you with a diagnosis, but to understand the root causes of your issues for a more tailored approach.

Initial Assessment
To ensure that you receive the best care. As part of the process all new clients, whether seeking therapy or medication management, are required to undergo an initial assessment. This helps us understand your unique needs and tailor services to support your journey effectively. Fee: $387
Individual Therapy
Routine therapy sessions are exclusively available to established clients. Each session lasts for 60 minutes, ensuring ample time to address your needs. Cash Pay Fee: $197
Medication Management
Routine medication management session is exclusively available to established clients. Previous medications are reviewed &/or new medications are considered. We will also discuss any concerns/questions you might have regarding your medication regimen. Cash Pay Fee: $267

Do you accept insurance?
I do accept some insurances for those in FL & have partnered with Headway. I do accept cash payments for all others, including TX residents & FL residents who's insurance isn't listed.
Do you prescribe controlled substances?
I do not prescribe any controlled substances at all.
Do you offer in person appointments?
Currently I only offer virtual individual therapy and medication management services. An in person option is not available.
